Swiss watches and luxury bags at the Piguet Spring 2019 auction in Geneva


On May 21st, 22nd and 23rd, 2019 the Genevan auction house Piguet will be offering Swiss and fashion watches as well as haute couture bags at their traditional spring auction, and from the 10th to the 20th of May 2019 at their online auction.

The delivery of purchased lots around the world is carried out by the Piguet auction house.

Cartier Pasha watch, 38 mm (estimated at 2,000 – 3,000 CHF). Automatic movement, beige dial, Arabic numerals in black, luminescent hands and indexes, date display, a unidirectional rotating bezel until 60. A cognac colour Cartier strap with a Cartier buckle. Comes with a supplementary blue leather Cartier strap.

Note: Overall good condition. The movement is functional at a moment of inventory control. The accuracy of the watch was not tested.

The auction will feature pocket watches. One of the models to be offered is a mechanical Patek Philippe, 43 mm. Silvered matt dial, gilt hands and hour indexes (Arabic numbers). Date of purchase 10/02/1931.

Note: Overall from average to good condition. Small dents on the case (polished). Small scratches on the dial.

Note: Average to good overall condition with wear towards the edges and to the corners. Some surface scratches to he leather visible on the raised quilted areas. Clean inside with some scratches to the burgundy leather.

Note: Good overall condition. Visible traces of wear in the corners and on the underside around the corners. Light wear to the handles. Large pen marks to the inside in the corner. Fob missing but padlock and keys present.

GMT reversible quartz watch with a double dial (estimated at 1,000 – 1,200 CHF). The first dial partially made of the mother-of-pearl. It had gilt Roman numerals and hands. The second dial shows another time zone. It has white dial with black Roman numerals on the silvered circle. 30 mm. GMT strap and buckle.
