Art Due Diligence Toolkit to be launched at the Responsible Art Market Initiative (RAM) second conference

2 February 2018, Geneva, the Responsible Art Market Initiative (RAM) holds its second conference, where it presents a new project – the “Art Due Diligence Toolkit”. The Toolkit is addressed to the art businesses and collectors, and applies a risk-based approach to due diligence practices.

The importance and challenges of due diligence will be discussed by the museums professionals, art businesses, art fairs representatives, insurance and finance specialists.

Particular attention will be paid to the role of digital technologies in the art market, as they represent not only opportunities, such as tagging, tracing and authenticating artworks, but also potential risks for security and confidentiality.
