Each of baluster form, (estimated at $6,000 – $8,000) with two gilt scrolling acanthus handles, the bodies featuring a bird-of-paradise perched atop a bouquet of tropical flowers, against a tropical blue ground, with gilt edging and accents, the circular foot atop a rocaille plinth, each with factory mark in iron red underglaze underside of base; height: 36 cm.

Note:

  • The vases are in good condition.
  • Minor rubbing to the handles. Inspection under UV light shows regilding to one of the vases foot.

Each of urn form with scalloped gilt rim with handles terminating from the body, (estimated at $5,000 – $7,000)with gilt cartouches framing bouquets of spring flowers the side panels with gilt floral sprays, each with a rounded foot atop a rocaille base, against a teal and gilt ground accented by white, each marked with factory mark in iron red underglaze underside of each; height: 29.5 cm.

Note:

  • The pair is in good age-appropriate condition.
  • The interior and underside of one with very fine hairline cracks. Inspection under UV light shows scattered restoration to both, most notably around the foot rim and base of each, to the body and handles.

Rectangular, (estimated at $4,000 – $6,000) with rounded corners, each side with colorfully shaded scrolling floral motifs with borders in Art Nouveau taste, with a silver pushpiece, the interior marked twice with 84 standard and assayer's mark I.L in Cyrillic for Ivan Lebyodkin, workmaster's mark MS in Cyrillic for Maria Semenova dimensions: 8.3 x 12.5 cm.

Note:

  • Overall good condition. Loss to the top right corner and cracking to the corner on the reverse. Inspection under UV shows restoration to three of the four corners.

A large old believers' icon of the early life of jesus, vietka school, 19th century.

In two registers, (estimated at $4,000 – $6,000) the top tripartite, depicting the Christ child and the Mother of God, the bottom with saints and kings in adoration, egg tempera, gilt and gesso on wood panel; dimensions: 71 x 53.5 cm.

Note:

  • The icon is in overall good restored condition. Inspection under UV light shows retouching to the feet of the saints in the bottom register, vestments of a figure in the upper left, and parts of the background in the top right.

depicted seated dressed in a gray overcoat (estimated at $4,000 – $6,000) with a black top hat holding a clarinet a stoic dog sits back on its haunches atop a naturalistic moulded base, impressed with factory mark and numeral 5 underside of unglazed base; height: 18.5 cm (7 1/4 in.), dimensions of base: 11.5 (w) x 13.5 (l) cm.

Note:

  • The figure is in good condition. Inspection under UV light shows uneven lacquer.

Each formed as a double-headed imperial eagle centered with a tear-form cabochon ruby, (estimated at $4,500 – $5,500) the bars with diamond-set ties, each marked on loop with 56 standard, assayer's mark Ya L in Cyrillic for Yakov Nikolaevich Lyapunov, workmaster's mark A*H in Latin for August Frederik Hollming, in fitted retailer's box; length of each including bar: 3 cm (1 1/8 in.); overall weight: 9.96 g.

Note:

  • The cufflinks are in good condition. Minimal wear and use. Accompanied with wooden box with silk and felt fabric.

The cut crystal inkwells cut in diamond patterns with domed covers, (estimated at $3,000 – $5,000) standing atop a silver rectangular base, each inkwell rim marked with 84 standard, workmaster's mark VK in Cyrillic, pair of kokoshniks, stand marked to the underside with 84 standard, maker's mark V. MOROZOV in Cyrillic with Imperial warrant, workmaster's mark; dimensions of silver stand: 19.5 x 33 cm (7 5/8 x 13 in.), height of inkwells: 11 cm (4 3/8 in.) each, total weight: 3.54 kg.

Note:

  • The set is in good condition. Some fine scratches to the bases of the inkwells. Overall scuffs to the silver.

Realistically modeled, the man holding a pipe with his right hand, (estimated at $3,500 – $4,500) dressed in traditional attire, including a light white tunic with red detailing and a gray overcoat, blue breeches and bast shoes, standing in front of a storage stool with a bottle and cup on top of it, that serves as a match holder, atop a rectangular grass-like base, factory mark in iron red, with painted numeral 117 with impressed factor mark all underside of unglazed base; height: 23 cm.

Note:

  • The porcelain figure is in good condition. A hairline crack visible to the interior of the storage box. Surface dust. Inspection under UV light shows fluorescence to the base, most notably around the storage box.

Each palisander frame crowned by a bow, (estimated at $3,000 – $4,000) the oval opening below a hanging rose garland, with scrolling openwork stand, base of each marked with 84 standard, workmaster's mark EP in Cyrillic for Egor Pankratiev; height: 15 cm (5 3/4 in.) each, total weight: 287 g.

Rectangular, with rounded corners, (estimated at $3,000 – $4,000) the cover after Viktor Vasnetsov's 1882 painting Knight at the Crossroads framed by a repousse floral motif, with a cabochon pushpiece, interior marked twice 84 standard, workmaster's mark VL in Cyrillic; dimensions: 10.5 x 8.5 cm (4 1/8 x 3 3/8 in.), weight: 200 g.

Note:

  • The case is in good condition. Minor tarnishing and darkening to the repoussed motif. Inspection under UV light shows restoration to the ground..
